Haven is Beach Haven Clinic’s private finance workspace. It brings accounting, payroll, invoices, receipts and bank transaction review into one place for authorised managers and staff.
Capture receipts
Photograph a receipt, crop and tidy it, or upload a PDF. Haven keeps the original and saves your document in its private Inbox.
Connect your accounts
With your permission, Haven can read receipt attachments from connected Gmail and Microsoft mailboxes. An optional Google Drive connection imports documents from folders you select.
Review bank matches
Haven reads document details and suggests matching bank transactions. Managers review the details and approve financial filing; originals remain attached to the resulting records.
How connected receipts work
Connected mailboxes are scheduled for scanning each day in the 7 am New Zealand time hour, covering the previous 24 hours. Supported receipt, invoice and bill attachments are saved to Haven Inbox. You can also start a scan or choose an attachment manually.
Google connections use read-only access. Haven does not send, change or delete Gmail messages or change your Google Drive files. Connections are optional and can be disconnected in Haven. Imported finance records remain available for bookkeeping.
