Purpose and authorised access
Haven and Haven Capture support Beach Haven Clinic’s accounting, payroll, document and receipt workflows. Use the private application only with an authorised account and within the permissions assigned to you.
Your responsibilities
Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Provide information and documents you are authorised to use, check their accuracy and report suspected unauthorised access to admin@bhmc.co.nz. Do not use Haven to gain access to another person’s records or to upload unlawful or malicious material.
Review before financial action
Receipt readings, categories and bank matches are suggestions. An authorised manager must review the source document, amounts, tax treatment and intended transaction before approval. Importing a receipt or generating a draft does not itself approve an accounting entry or transfer money. Professional accounting or legal decisions remain the responsibility of the clinic and its advisers.
Connected services
Optional Google, Microsoft and bank-feed connections require the relevant account holder’s authority and are subject to the provider’s own terms. You can disconnect them in Haven. Availability, scan timing and provider access can be affected by network failures, account settings and provider limits. Check scan status and review missing documents.
Records and privacy
Use documents only for their authorised purpose and follow the Haven privacy policy. Original documents and financial history may need to be retained even after a connection is removed or access ends. Privacy, correction and lawful deletion requests can be sent to admin@bhmc.co.nz.
